Talent Show Info
Talent Show – May 31, 2017, 12:45pm
Auditions – May 9th & 10th
Who: Students K – 8th grades. You may participate in up to 2 performances.
What to bring: EVERYTHING you need for your act MUST be brought to the audition. You must have your own CD or accompanist (no i-devices or flashdrives). Any lyrics or jokes MUST be printed and given to the judges at the audition. If you don’t have everything needed for your performance, you will not be allowed to tryout.
When: Sign up for an audition May 1st – May 5th (this is the only week to sign up). Auditions are held May 9th & 10th at 3:10pm
Where: Auditions will be in the gym. Sign-up sheets will be posted outside each classroom
Why: Honor God by sharing the talents God has given you!
Some other information:
- Parents are responsible for transporting their students to and from the talent show auditions. Anyone without a ride will be sent to after school care and charged accordingly. Students normally in after school care will not be dismissed unless they have signed up on the audition sheet.
- Students will be signing up for an audition day, not a specific time. Students must sign up during week of sign-ups.
- No lip syncing.
- 3 ½ minutes time limit for solo acts and 5 minute time limit for a group.
- All acts must be approved during one of the two tryout days.
